Foa serves the cedar county, iowa area. While walking dogs, we were made aware that there were few funds to help with the medical care of the dogs and cats in the shelter. We are committed to supporting promoting humane principles, preventing cruelty, and alleviating pain and suffering of animals.
We decided to become a 501 (c) 3 so that we could change that.

In january of 2019, we identified a need for dog walkers at our local tipton county animal shelter. We help find for stray and surrended animals. We take in homeless dogs and cats and help them to find carefully screened, lifelong, and nurturing homes. We have high heating, vet, and food bills.
